The Lady Raiders got down a goal early and at halftime the score was 0-1. One minute into the second half, Erin Miller passed to Katie Evans, who put the ball to the left past the GK. Two minutes later, Erin Miller took a long pass from Lanie Smith for a breakaway goal past the defenders and beat the keeper 1 v 1.
At that point Montgomery was really rattled and began making mistakes. A foul gave Lexi Baggett a free kick that she launched into the left corner.
It was an exciting game.
