I guess Dekaney does not have a lot coming back?

It has nothing to do with DeKaney's returning talent. DeKaney is an inner city school. Denison is not. As a coach, that means a lot.

My dad lives (lived) in Denison, it's not that different there. Just not near a major metroplex. (Dallas is over an hour away.)

Denison is a one high school town, with a good tradition, and plenty of athletes for its size.  It's a good job(not sure about pay).
