I like the fact that Lamar has a coach that will make his athlets accountable. One thing about the Knights, Bobby or Pat, they will make their kids go to class. I think these kids need to either get with the program or go somewhere else. Kudos to coach Knight!

I don't think this was a coach Knight doing. I think this is a NCAA ruling. Tre will have to go D2. I don't think he will be D1 one eligible ever again.

This is exactly the kind of stuff that got us in the NCAA doghouse a few years back loosing scholarships. Kids don't graduate and you get disciplined. Hopefully Knight doesn't get stiffed due to some of Roc's recruits. I know Roc improved the graduation rate from Tubbs, but I wonder if the last two years he didn't just bite the bullet and take chances due to being on the hot seat.

We have six seniors and six recruits (not counting Doty). So does this mean with Lynch's departure that we have an open scholarship and can add another recruit?

Not sure. I do know they anticipated Lynch not being eligible. This wasn't a surprise. That's why they recruited a couple point guards.

That makes more sense now. From what I hear the anser is yes they have an additional scholly open for next year. With seven openings in one recruiting class Knight has to have a mix of freshman and JUCO to spread it out.
