[/quote]I am not down there, but my question is, is it really the coaching? They have had the same head coach for a while and were a play off team for a couple of years. Just wondering, not trying to start anything. I used to at least listen to the games too, but they aren't broadcast anymore so I have no idea on what the problem is this year. Probably never played a down of anything in his life and is now bitter towards the coaching staff that saw him for who he really is. You're not alone raider44. Lumberton is full of folks like you that don't know a thing about football and automatically blame coaching. There are still some Lumberton folks out there that know the truth. Truth is, Lumberton has an excellent coaching staff that does a whole lot with what they have. Every few years a small 4A town with the demographics such as Lumberton will have an exceptional year or two. Then, they will have a few down years such as these.
