Idk about that. Carson Raines did get a lil nervous and jittery in the Vidor game. He just looked like he didn't have the poise. Made several mistakes.

And yeah i'd give the edge to PNG on the receivers.

I've seen Miller make some mistakes too.  The thing that helps him is he has Nelson to bail him out.

Definitely agree with you there. It's been a loooongggg time since I've seen a receiver as good as Jayce Nelson...talking about a PLAY MAKER! WOW!

Honestly, TribePride75, I can't.  I've watched Jayce grow up through the years...the agility and flexibility of this young man to make some of the catches he makes, are unbelievable at times.  I've seen him go up several times against two, three defenders and come down with the pigskin.  As was stated earlier, I feel Jayce has "bailed" out Miller at times, however, Miller is a very good QB.  Miller and Nelson work very well together.  Just my opinion.

[/quote]Well you must not have followed PNG much in the Faircloth era our lowest scoing game since he has been Head coach here is 20 points. No one in our district will keep PNG Offense to 7 pts. Now i will say this also we arent gonna keep anybody to 7 pts either this game will come down to who ever has the ball last will win. I look for a 41 to 38 type game.

No matter the outcome this will in no way, shape, or form be an 80 point shootout. By the sound of some predictions. PNG is going to be very surprised by this Nederland D.

I agree about the 80 point shootout. If the over/under is 80 i'll bet the ranch on the under. I see this being close with both teams scoring in the 20's.

Something else that goes unmentioned about Nelson...He is probably the best downfield blocker we have ever had. If you get to go back and watch film you will see that Jayce is busy on every play!

Turnover battle probably decides this one. Lost the battle against Livingston and Crosby and won the battle versus GP and TC.

I've noticed this too. Nelson is a heckuva talent. I hope he has a big night tonight.

I think the QB's are even but PNG the edge at WR.  They have it the other way around.

PNG has the second worse receiver core i've seen this season... the worst being North Forest. They simply drop to many balls.
