VERIZON DISCOUNT

If you have Verizon, my mom called me yesterday and said they are discounting your September bill if you leave in a disaster county, but you have to sign up.

Didn't get any specifics on how much they are discounting.

T-Mobile gave me 200 extra minutes and extended my pmt due date....better than nothing!

Call them and tell them you were evacuated because of the hurricane and they'll drop your bill for this month.

I have talked to people at work that have Verizon (I only have their air card/wireless internet) and they claimed that the discount was for your main phone number. If you have companion lines or other charges such as insurance and also the taxes, are not discounted.

Money is money so anything they give is great. I don't think they drop the whole bill however.
