He's only throwing about 40 mph?  The coach who forfeited(or parents who pulled their kids) should be banned.  What wimps!

9 year old kids that throw 40 are a dime a dozen. ESPN said the league was 8-10. Do they not have 10 year olds that throw harder than 40? We have them in league ball that throw almost 60. Not only that they said this kid has never hit anyone. The kid I had that threw close to 60 might hit you on any given pitch, which is why he couldn't pitch all the time. If he hasn't ever hit anyone then he isn't throwing inside enough.
