if i may what are you basing that prediction on?

I really wish people would stop putting these absurd prediction posts on the forums. Same thing is said over and over... Nederland this Nederland that. Well Nederland got a dose of it last fiday night at the hands of LCM.

It really gets old. If Nederland wins district this year I will congratulate them but until i really wish people would stop tooting their horn. So tell me ----how do u pick a young ned team over an experienced team of Lumberton? Nederland will be really good but dont overlook the defending champs. Tell me your reasons why you think they will win 3-2. Dont just post scores thats for amateurs.

Obviously we have a fan who thinks Lumberton is unbeatable... I guarantee you that if you think the game Tuesday will be a pushover, you will be sadly mistaken. Yes, Lumberton is good. Are they unbeatable? No. I really do think that Nederland, who is still mad/upset about the loss to the Bears on Friday, is going to come out and beat Lumberton 2-1. And you talk about an unexperienced Nederland team. What about them Pirates from Vidor who took Lumberton to OT, in which the Pirates should have won, but a missed PK cost them the game. As a player who graduated from Vidor last year, and who is the brother of a player on the Vidor team, I can guarantee you, they are 10x less experienced than Nederland, and still shocked the Raiders and almost beat them. So don't hark on people who actually believe their predictions, otherwise they wouldn't post them. Good luck to both teams on Tuesday, it should be great! Coach Bledsoe and the "Unexperienced" Bulldogs from Nederland prevail over Lumberton by a final score of, 2-1.

Hope this prediction is not too absurd for you --  >:(

Lumberton 3

Nederland 2

Sorry but the basis for this prediction is based solely on Lumberton scoring 3 to Nederland 2.

aires, i agree with all except the part about nederland being more experienced than vidor. Nederland is made up of about.. what.. maybe four freshman, and 5 sophmores?

When kelly played nederland i believe they only started ONE freshman and around 4 or 5 sophmores..so that means the other half of the team is junior and seniors. So that is roughly half underclassmen and half upperclassmen. and i believe the sophmores and freshman have been playing together for some time now, and they all have very good chemistry.. And for the most part there upperclassmen are all very strong players. so IMO i would agree with aries in saying that Nederland is more experienced

4 1 is the final. SO how many people want to pull there foot out of their mouths now? Nederland being expected to beat lumberton and yet they ONLY score off of a stupid play by an inexperienced goalie. But yeah...they are the better team, right? ;D

And i know for a fact. That nederland Starts ZERO seniors. They have a few seniors but most ride the pine pony. No offense.

Lumberton boys 4, Nederland 1

LUMBERTON -- Goal production turned into a chronic problem at Raider Stadium on this windy night for Nederland's Bulldogs.

District 20-4A defending champion Lumberton only led in shots on goal, 17-15, yet coach Chad Luttrull's Raiders converted more opportunities and captured a 4-1 victory.

Lumberton (4-4 and 4-0) scored twice in each half but trailed 1-0 before overtaking NHS for a 2-1 halftime edge. The Dogs (4-3-1 and 2-1-1) scored in the 25th minute when Ryan Washburn booted home a penalty kick. Lumberton sophomore Wes Brackin tied the game by answering with a goal three minutes later.

Senior Brent Waldrup and sophomore Scott Poole made second-half goals for the Raiders.

"Lumberton took advantage of their opportunities," Nederland coach Rob Bledsoe said. "We just could not score. They did a good job of defending and finishing. They did a good job of counter-attacking."

Bledsoe dished out plaudits to three of his players -- senior midfielder Hunter Turk, sophomore midfielder Austin Wyble and freshman midfielder Jordan Wagner.

"I think we won the midfield but they won both of the ends of the field," Bledsoe said.

    • He's steadily improving rapidly. Not that your opinion matters much based on some of the wild projections you've made on this site
    • Cohen……a lying, backstabbing pos who does nothing but lie every time he opens his mouth. Let him utter words the prosecution wants to hear, and we can convict. Cohen told his ex advisor that he wanted to kill himself. What a worldly loss that would be. Let anyone on this board be put through the wringer with false charges and lies like Trump has had to endure, and you would be screaming at the top of your lungs how illegal all of this is.
    • It was and remains perfectly timed and choregraphed Kangaroo Court, whatever Cohen just said or lied about.  Face it, under Soros installed Biden and Merrick Garland, the USA is now officially a Bananna Republic with a Goverment that weaponizes itself against and destroys its political rivals. Putin and Xi are SO proud!  Dang I miss Democracy.
    • I haven’t been watching closely, but even the liberal sources even tell the story as “the defense really took apart Cohen’s testimony on Thursday.” It sounds like sloppy work from the prosecution to point out a specific call as being “the one,” when it was easily concluded that this particular call could not have occurred the way that Cohen (and the prosecution) claim it to have happened.    The bad news is that I doubt that it matters much-I suspect that most jurors minds were closed before testimony started.   I don’t see Trump leaving with anything less than a conviction based on the venue (NYC).
    • Tough case all the way around.  The guy had a lot of online activity come out where he made racist statements and statements about killing BLM protesters and looters.  So when he then goes out and does it, it looks really bad.  I've seen a lot of videos where people have driven through protestors, defended themselves against them, etc., and didn't bat an eye.  This feels different, but that doesn't necessarily make it murder, either.  His account of the events that happened vs. the witness accounts were both very different, but I'd also expect both sides' accounts to be self-serving and inaccurate to fit their narrative.  Not really sure what to think on this one.
