AggiesAreWe Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago Silsbee's 4 point loss to Nederland with the Tigers missing 4 starters on the defensive side doesn't look so bad now with Nederland knocking off FB Crawford. Silsbee defense with two shutouts in first 4 games. Congrats Tigers! TexasBoy89 and Who That 2 Quote

From what I’ve seen, they are struggling to run the ball and find time to throw the ball. When they do get the ball off, there are a lot of drops by the receivers. I hope BC can get something going next week when district starts. This has always been a problem for BC. They never have the size up front. And they just don't have an explosive playmaker to get something going on offense. That team last year was special. I don't think people understand those teams come around once every 20 years or so for BC. Quote

They graduated 29 from last year. Man they lost some key players. Everyone, not saying you specific, keep talking about Breeden and his D1 commit. This kid isn't Goliath on the field towering over entire offenses. I think because it's small town football with a player with a D1 commit, spectators have this image in their head that he should be playing how these SEC guys are playing on Saturday. That's just not the case. He still has alot of growth in him. LoneStarAg226 1 Quote

I know 4 teams get in but sheesh with the way they're playing, yikes! Quote

Boogy1000 Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Silsbee played very good last night as well. Id like to see that kid #26 i think who ran for like a 20 yard TD carry the ball more. Any stats from last night for #1 Williams for Silsbee. That was a heck of a catch on that 47 yard TD. Great pass from Mathews. flytotheball 1 Quote

Great pass from Mathews. #26 had an 81 yard TD run for Silsbee's first score and then had a 25 yard TD run in 3rd Q. Was told the young man had around 150 yards rushing. Boogy1000 1 Quote

The whole defense is lazy but I’d expect a little more leadership from an SEC linebacker. We need all the help we can afford, literally. WPS! navydawg31 1 Quote
