HH has done a great job. Great? Sure. No easy task to compete for a state ship... The culture here starts in the bleachers. Uncles, cousins, grandparents. Community.... hard work and grit... established many years ago And carry true to this day. Never forget that. Quote

The “culture” on a football team starts with the coaches and ends with what the admin empowers them to do. Seen cultures come and go many times. Quote

Which cant be a surprise lol Administration has little if any effect on those lil mustangs flag peewee junior tackle etc level. Thats starts with what I stated above. Community. Culture has already been established YEARS ago. Talent has never been a problem. My point is like in 2022,2023 when Bellville knocked them out of the first round of the playoffs anyone not blinded by the “Coaches aren’t calling the right plays/There is a culture issue” could clearly see and evaluate those teams as not being near as talented as teams of the past… but now I see people saying “Anyone could coach and call the plays for this talent level they have for this team and win” people can’t have it both ways… I’m not accusing you of that necessarily but it’s clear that from day one people have wanted this WOS head coach and his staff to not succeed. It’s just kinda mind boggling Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote

I know the work they all put in......I too am technically an outsider but I know the value in what's been established by generations... go stangs Quote

I am aware that many little league folks believe themselves to be Nick Sabans. Quote

You talk like a man with a wooden neck. You may need the IV, but why brake fluid? Been watching these guys for almost 50 years, walked across the street to many a game. You need to check out the Lil Mustangs where it all starts. These players aren't born full grown. Quote

They instill at an early age what it means to eventually wear that silver hat. Quote
