I understand your thoughts. Problem is the portal opens Monday.  Been thinking about this issue as well and hoping the fact that most starters are seniors and moving on anyway.  Hoping they can renan focused.

Also, the sooner it waa announced the better for Lamar to move extremely quick on a new hire

It’s a disadvantage recruiting wise for teams that play longer in the postseason. The portal shouldn’t open until after Omaha.

Softball portal opens after World Series. Baseball after regionals. PhatMack you are correct, baseball has a horrible set up time wise with the portal.
