But in this case, not a single one of these coaches were on the sidelines for that game you mentioned and not one player was even born yet. lol

Hmmmm, so what's that got to do with it? We did still lose there in 2005... which happens to also be the only semifinal we've lost. Who cares if they were alive? It's an historical fact. 

I think you missed the intent of my original post.  

And for the record, I could care less where we play them.

I was just thinking even though it's an historical fact, it's not really relevant to anyone of these players and coaches.

It wasn't said with the intent of having any relevance other than the fact it happened. It was meant "tongue n cheek".

You're correct. One was certainly there, the other was there playing, I think. 

Both those coaches are glad to be where we are right now. They'd play Sinton in a pasture if they had to, I'm sure.

Just one little bit to add that most wouldn't know.after a few descent runs by randy simmons. CT moved Quinton tezeno from safety to LB the rest of game.he and Jeff knox absolutely got after him !!

DePauldrick was on that team and he's now the RB Coach.

Tezeno was a beast wherever he played.Also had a guy named Kevin Smith in the secondary  A one trick pony offense had no chance against a CT defense , although I think Simmons still got over 100 yards , if I remember it .
