If the best athlete on the team was on defense they had some non athletic athletes. He must not have been too good because this year in district they averaged giving up about 40 a game. I can’t remember guarantee he couldn’t have been in the secondary or a LB’er because they were extremely bad

Players have been out of position all season… Nederland is not built for a 3-4 defense, special teams have been a disaster all season… but the season comes to the end. Shoulder pads to the left helmets to the right.

I don’t know what defensive scheme they need to run, however they have got to find guys that can play the LB’er position They are hurting bad at that position and even worse in the secondary. Also need to find a QB. They are hurting at that position also

I see Coach Faircloth mentioned in this thread.  He must have known something, he just beat the number 6 team in 4AD1 and gave up only one touchdown. May not be the coach, maybe the town he is coaching in and the people that support that coach. Just saying!!!!!!!!
