pdawg119 Posted September 5 Report Posted September 5 Manvel fumbles the ball at the BH 38. BH recovers and is in victory formation. Quote

BHFAN Posted September 5 Report Posted September 5 Nice win Eagles. BH was at 17 point underdog tonight according to Dave Campbell 😁. Coach Simper may have BH as a contender. All of this without Morton which went out early in the NC game and I hope he’s ok. Barrier showed out tonight looking like a college recruit. AP_5309 1 Quote
Eagle82 Posted September 5 Report Posted September 5 Way to prevail Eagles! Good win against a much improved Manvel team. I thought Barrier looked much more in control tonight, than last week. I know getting reps under fire will do that; and the young man can spin that ball! Again though, I’m perplexed that we can’t seem to match adjustments the opponents are making. This is gonna be a deadly trend in district if we can’t figure that piece out. …and for crying out loud, you have just been gashed the whole 2nd half, and your offense has gone stale and not moving the ball very well, so you double down and decide to play uber conservative with 8 minutes. Cmon…don’t play not to lose, play to win, coach! Yes we won, but man…we were lucky tonight! A win is a win though, and Eagle Nation will take it, gladly…! Go get ‘em Eagles next week too! PolkHighLegend Posted September 5 Report Posted September 5 Way to go BH! Hard to say nice rebound because they won last week but this was a much better performance! Quote

I know he's good, but I can't imagine it looks good on the resume that he's transferred to 4 different schools in 4 years. Then again, I can't imagine hiring a coach to a 5th team in 5 years, unless his son was good enough to start at 4 teams in 4 years, sooo😁 Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted September 5 Report Posted September 5 I'm watching the Texan Live broadcast, now I see what happened. 🤐 Quote

TXHORN_ET Posted September 5 Report Posted September 5 BH qb will have another letter jacket to add to his collection. Best of luck the rest of the way. Quote

I think that's noteworthy. Quote

It looks to me like bullets13 was referring directly to Simper, instead of the QB. That's the subject of my statement. If it was the QB, never mind. Quote
