The subject of the Westwood players is no longer relevant to this topic.

Please move on and keep the discussion to Silsbee football for 2025.

Otherwise, posts will get deleted.

My apologies. Feel free to delete the posts. I struggle with knowing when to comment or not comment.

Good rule of thumb. If it's a Silsbee post, specifically, you will hear about it if you stray... Otherwise, feel free to post whatever. Lol.

Who will Silsbee have in the backfield this season? What will be our biggest strengths on offense?

Johnson will move from WR to QB. It will give Silsbee a little more versatility at the position. Dual threat.

Silsbee will need someone to take a step forward as RB. Got two or three that will play but needs one of them to be the "man" on a consistent basis. A couple got some experience last year. Need to improve on taking care of the ball.

WR core will be just fine. Probably doesn't have a game breaker within the core, but solid group.

As mentioned above, Silsbee's offensive strength will definitely be their O-line. Will be the best in the district and one of the best in the region.

Do you think Johnson would be the best skill player in general?

For Silsbee or the district?

For Silsbee. If I had no idea of him moving to QB, I would have picked him as the best athlete of the ones coming back from last year.
