The overwhelming response I received was this was normal in all big cities.... I really don't consider Beaumont a big city, although it is bigger than Groves.... Beaumont is never going to improve it's crime stats if "normal in big cities" is the mind set of the majority of folks who live in the city. What you will see is outlining cities continue to grow because of that mindset. Quote
