Hardin Fan
Dose Hardin pull out a win in this game?
puddleofmudd
Hardin is going to have to win in other ways than Friday nights. The program is being rebuilt at the ground level so I would not expect much this season. Next year it either works out or Hardin's head coaching carousel will begin rolling again. Eazy
New Waverly not strong this year, but I think the Bulldogs get the win.

Hardin Fan
Puddleofmudd I agree with what your saying to a degree. Yes we are rebuilding and may not get many wins this year but to say the head coach only has 1 year to turn the program around is a bit much. The kids are responding to Coach Stark well and give him 3-4 years and I think the football program will be a contender. That's just my opinion. I'm no scholar in Hardin football history...but I think I read one time that the longest tenured Hardin AD/HC was 5 years...? Sounds like the community doesn't give anyone very long. Not sure why this would be any different. Face it..if he doesn't win chances are he'll be gone too. camsdad and Mr. Buddy Garrity

Hardin Fan
Went and watched the Jr. High games last night and Coach Stark was on the sidelines watching and helping kids with what they were doing wrong. I haven't seen any of the other coaches do that with the Jr High kids. If he keeps that up he may be around for awhile. Winning or loosing he is always praising the kids when coming off the field. If that's the case you should take a trip outside of the Hardin school district. I don't know many small schools where the AD doesn't do that. mfd814
Head coach for many years has been at home junior high games, occasional away ones as well. There has been a small staff for awhile, so all coaches have been to most of the games. camsdad
Hardin Fan
Oldschool2 I did not see Fortune at many of the Jr High games and sure didn't see him show a kid how to do a swim move on the sidelines to a kid having trouble getting past an offensive lineman. I know stark is new and his drive is high right now so I guess we will have to wait and see. South End
camsdad
Hopefully soon you'll see o-linemen teaching their teammates that.
Hardin Fan
Hardin wins. One of the hardest hitting defenseive games I have seen out of Hardin in a long time.
