The Bridge City Cardinals travel a short ways up Highway 87 to battle the West Orange-Stark Mustangs in an Orange County 24-4A game tonight.  On Friday, the Cardinals took a 6-0 decision over Hardin-Jefferson while the Mustangs fell to Hamshire-Fannett, 2-1.

What a pitching duel between A. Anderson & K. Bergeron. Congrats to BC on the win. Big Time players make Big Time Plays. C. Shugart is one of those players & came thru in the clutch with the 3 run Blast to dead center in the top of the 8th inning to seal the win for BC.

Sounds like a great pitcher's duel, and a great game.  Wanted to make this one, but had to work.  Congratulations to the Cardinals, and a lot of season left for the Mustangs.

Listened to the game on radio, WOW what a pitching duel! Hats off to both Anderson and Bergeron! Several times runners were in scoring position for both teams but pitching shut it down! Great win for the Cards!

Ridiculously good baseball game last night! Fantastic effort by both Bergeron and Anderson without a doubt! Very enjoyable night at the yard watching two good teams go toe to toe for 8 innings. Congrats to BC on the win. I'm sure WOS is not done, they are a much better team than the record shows and are still a threat every time they play.
