Couldn't have been n the Super Bowl, we had the Bum Phillips Bowl the following week. We were actually looking g ahead abd that's why the game was so close.

The 2015 Nederland Bulldog TEAM will be fine! It will not come down to any one individual that will determine the success of this team. As good as Sage is it took a team effort to win a district title! That same concept will put the Dogs where they need to be!! Put the best coach in the area with a group of young men that buy into his program and you have have an equation for wins! Go Dogs!!!!!!

He made the game saving tackle as time expired the next week near the goal line against PNG.
Doggs fans can seay what they want about "not one man" and "Neuman always finds someone", but take Sage outta the mix last year and Nederland might not have made the playoffs.

Not taking anything away from Sage at all. Helluva player that made great plays when it counted.My point was that Neuman and company seem to find a way to put together quality teams. I think his record tells the story......2015 Bulldogs definitely have a big hole to fill with Sage graduating but history proves that the Bulldogs will find a way to win!!!!!!!!!

You take krautz out of the picture and we may not make playoffs. That can be said about every team. But we always lose kids that mean a lot. Lost the bigs on the def line and everyone said it was over. Fact is we lose kids and replace em and still win. No one knew sage was gonna be dist mvp at qb this year. Who knows what's gonna happen next year. This was the year everyone counted us out. Keep counting

If that's the way we are going to look at it then if you take Neumann out of the picture for the last 5 years then PN might not be 0-5 for the last 5 years. Oh wait ...Neumann was there and so was Sage....man s#@ks you can't rewrite history.
