Tenaha 47 Normangee 7/Final

The Normangee Panthers look to get one step closer to the Class 2A, Division II state title as they face the Tenaha Tigers in a Region III regional semifinal tonight.  The Panthers, 8-4 on the season, reached this point by defeating Overton 30-24 in bidistrict play and then dispatching Lindsay in the area round, 40-21.  Meanwhile, the Tigers, 9-1 on the season, reached the regional semifinal through a first round bye due to its district championship and then defeating Hubbard in area play, 40-26.

 

The winner of this game will face the winner of the Iola/Chilton game in the Region III finals.
