I think Michigan has a real shot at Harbaugh. It's pretty well know he doesn't get along with San Fran's management. Michigan could back up the Brink's truck and be a contender in a few years.

Am sure some of the LSU faithful are more than ready for Les Miles to head back north. But once again, he'll use the Michigsn job as leverage to get a huge pay increase and extension.

Harbaugh or Miles should have been named head coach at UM years ago but both have chosen to stay at their jobs.

I bet Harbaugh won't take any more chances when the Michigan job is vacant only if it were. Both him and Miles played and/or coached for Coach Bo Schembechler.

I don't know.  Does that work twice?  Miles is well paid and LSU already upped the ante before last season.  Miles could be 0-2 against the SEC West after this weekend, so he might be losing some of that leverage anyway.
