NDOMAKONG Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 Doesn't sound like a guy ready to cede to his buddies across the tracks??? Dogs may show up this year. Quote
jake94 Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 I would be willing to bet that Sage plays a lot more in the secondary in district than Neumann is leading on.. It will be hard to keep him off the field. Quote
AshlyHasBeen Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 I asked Sage about that. http://www.12newsnow.com/global/story.asp?s=26206132 Quote
Proud Dawg Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 He has a huge upside at qb. I look for great things out of him this year. I just wish he could have played it last year. Growing pains may be early but the kid is for real. Can't wait to watch him with the ball every play. Mr Davis 1 Quote
biaplayer Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 he is the x factor for Ned no doubt, kid is an incredible athlete. Quote
BMTSoulja1 Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 Biaplayer, them boys got you nervous, huh? Lol BMTSoulja1 1 Quote
cougar14 Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 he is the x factor for Ned no doubt, kid is an incredible athlete. That's why I'm sort of glad Crosby gets Ned their first game. Ned just took their best DB, best WR, and best overall playmaker and put him at QB while running a new offense. I just saw what type of playmaker Kimler was last year and thought Seay could have done the same. No doubt the Dogs will get better as the season passes, but it doesn't bode well for the opener in the jungle. Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote
Bigdog Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 You think we might see more read option type offense? Like when Sullivan was QB? Quote

biaplayer Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 are you kiddin me never worried. We should have done it last year, the streak will end this year :D but i will give the player Sage credit where credit is due. I think it will be a close though. Do not think it will be a blowout. The only time i was worried was when James's Boy was toting the rock, he was half-crippled and they still thrashed us lol. In the end i will never underestimate coaching from the dogpound, he has always found a way to get it done. Quote
biaplayer Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 Soulja you should know me better than that by now. Smh Quote
BMTSoulja1 Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 I'll have a bag of peanuts for you, man. I know you chew faster when your nervous. Lol Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote

biaplayer Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 give me a hollar later soulja, remember last year when your jags oversnapped the punter right after i called it and i blew a gasket, and i pissed the parent off right beside me to the left, ironicly his wife works for me in the office. I got that famous statement hey your the ------------- guy that sat beside us last year at the home games. Yup the truth sometimes hurts lol Quote
CAL2TEX Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 No doubt this kid is a great athlete. Nederland will be tough to beat once again this year. Quote
BMTSoulja1 Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 Lol. I remember that. Interesting night to say the least... Quote
cougar14 Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 Keep hoping.I just hope it's competitive this year. I hope we don't throw up another effortless 50+, we have some young guys that need some work and playing a good team would help. Angleton is usually tough though. Quote
bronco pride Posted August 6, 2014 Report Posted August 6, 2014 That's why Neuman is a great coach. He is changing up his offenses to fit his strengths. Unlike other coaches who say this is what we do and try to make it work even when they don't have the personnel to do it. Ned will be tough again as the season goes on because they have a coach. Neuman could bring any team in district 22-5A into the playoffs. He is an excellent coach and the reason for Neds success. bigned85 1 Quote
