With no Purple and White Game, we get an extra fall scrimmage too!  Can't get here fast enough!

They have the Season Ticket letter up on the PN-G ISD website. Home game times are now 7:00 instead of 7:30. They dont know what that extra 30 minutes means to me. :(

the games used to be at 7pm long time ago, then they changed it back to 7:30pm. 7pm games make it easier for sports editors/writers of newspapers, but makes it a little inconvient (sp) for folks getting off work having to go home and get ready for the game.

I think they did that because I assume they don't want the Baytown schools on the road that late or schools having to play in Baytown...

In Memorial and West Brook's district, don't their district games begin at 7 o'clock vs 7:30?

Yep, all games on Friday are 7pm unless unforeseen circumstances happen, I do believe that goes for all of 5A (soon to be 6A)

Livingston was like the red-haired step-child when it came to the UIL placing them in a district, damn if you do damn if you dont kinda thing, no matter what they were gonna have to travel, rather it was to the Golden Triangle or to the Brazos Valley (Bryan/College Station)

If Livingston was a tad bit smaller they could fit right into the same district with Coldspring and travel wouldnt be an issue at all.

They only have to go to Bryan/CS half the time in the new district. The other half of the district is Huntsville, Willis and Caney Creek (all within 30 miles). Thats LOADS better than traveling 90 miles every week, which is what they had to do in 20-4A.

19-4A started there games at 7...I guess they finally woke up over in this area and realized that every body else was through playing by 9:45

7 pm is much better than 7:30. Before the pass happy offenses I could catch a PN-G game and be home in time for the highlights on the news. Now I am lucky to be home by the time they are ending and I live about 5 minutes from the stadium.
