LOL!
You have no idea what is coming to the Lake Houston Area with in the next 5 years.   SC is going to hit 3600 kids quickly, and they are drawing families from the Galena Park area, have been for the last 8 years.       Don't be stupid.   This is something that is pretty evident.    NS had a great ride, but they will not be the power house they have been forever.
reasons why:

1. In the last 8 years NS has gone from 50% hispanic to 60%+.   In Urban settings, this is a bad thing for Football participation numbers.  Hispanics generally do not come out in  strong number to play.
2. The Black population has dropped from 35% to 27%.  And has seen a pretty steep numerical drop.
3. The white population has diminished the most numerically, going from nearly 20% to 6%.
What does all this mean?  Means HIspanics and replacing both Blacks and Whites (The highest participation at Urban schools for Football)..   means in 5 years if trends continue, you are looking at a sharp decrease in Talent pool.
Where at they going?  Ill give you three guesses and a hint...    Its North of North Shore, along a lake, and a nicer area. ;)

So NS continues to be the most consistent 5a/6a program in Houston other than Katy but they're on the decline? Over the last 8 years that the non-hispanic population has been decreasing they've produced more than 30 d1 recruits but their talent pool is drying up? If you're going that route then Humble high is in real trouble because they're 43% hispanic now and only have 40% of the enrollment NS does, using your math that means Humble's talent pool will be almost non-existent in the next 5 years which is more believable seeing as how Humble has lost 11 or 12 games the last two years with all this supposed talent. SC had talent, but they also had about 1000 more kids than everybody they played and still have never made it out of the second round. We'll se how they fair against The Woodlands and Westfield though. Summer Creek probably has about 2500 actual enrollment kids right now, 37% hispanic and growing faster than all other categories. You say 3600 will be SC's number in 5 years, well other schools like the ones mentioned above are already there and have better demographics for football which tells me there's several local jobs Ford should leave for using your theory. I know the point your trying to make but the kids that NS relies on to win football games ain't moving to Humble on the lake, they live in Pine Trails, or the apartments on Normandy, Federal, Maxey Woodforest and Wallisville. The kids moving to Humble have parents that live in the sub-divisions behind San Jac College or across from Cunningham middle school and don't like what's moving in, they weren't going to play anyway though, at least not while the game was in reach. I know what your trying to say 398, it's happening in Crosby, The Shore is a different animal though which is why they never lost to an Humble ISD school while Aymond was the coach.
