Humble Atascocita defeated Brazoswood 4-0 in the championship game of the Bryan College Station Tournament on Saturday.  The Lady Eagles went a perfect 6-0 in taking the tournament title, beating defending 5A state champion Lewisville, No.1 state ranked Deer Park, Manvel, and also Bellaire along the way.

 

The 64 team B/CS Softball Tournament featured 48 teams that qualified for the 2013 playoffs taking part in the tournament including three of the four teams in Class 5A that played at the state tournament: state champion Lewisville, runner-up Kingwood, and also Deer Park.  192 games were scheduled to be played over the three day competition.
