Well, in tournament play, it's not good to look ahead. Particularly a game that takes two wins to get to.

I've seen both teams play this year. Feel pretty confident saying PAM is going to win this one. 

now that cupcake season is done, lets see if they were for real...scratch that...lets see if that SIDELINE is for real or do they botch the first rd for the 5th time. i have complete confidence in the kids...

Until changes are made, we will be mediocre at best.    There is a lot of talent choosing not to play.  Maybe a fresh start will bring those kids back into the program. 

If this game doesn’t seal the fate of the current administration I don’t know what will.     1 quarter in 3 or 4 turnovers.   Poor coaching poor execution.    Sad.

This game should have never even been close.  Most if not all point scored on turnovers.   PAM looked 100% dominant apart from a few slips. 

Luckily, thus isn't faith based but fact based.  The fact is, all those PA will finish 3rd/lose to Cove from last week were wrong so just because y'all lost to Park, doesn't mean PA will suffer the same fate

I sure hope the dogs pull it off.  I would love for my daughters last game cheering for the dogs to be a win!!! 

I was sitting 8 rows up, near the 50 YL on the PNG side last Friday night, and I could hear the Nederland cheering team very clearly.  Your cheerleaders had their student section riled up and yelling loud and often. I think all of the students there were having a blast, on both sides.  Good luck to the Bulldogs this week.

Nederland wins and willowridge beats sf. Nederland is in right?

No prob.  I should have qualified my earlier facile-ish comment with an "IMO".  The center is a excellent lineman and a good athlete, and occasionally snaps it high, from game 1, against Memorial. I'm not criticizing him, I'm in support of him. He's a great player and I'm glad that he's on our side. 
Regarding the passing game(s), the unofficial stats I've seen posted on another site show "PN-G total yards as ~370, vs Nederland ~160, including the 61 yard fumble return."  ... "Indians with 215 yards on the ground and 155 passing. Crippen 13 of 19 with 1 TD pass and no interceptions.  Nederland 5 of 18 for 94 yards, no TDs and 2 interceptions passing. 74 yards rushing and 2 TDs. " 
In the first half PNG stayed on the ground, but was using pitchouts, which they hadn't done in previous games. I guess a pitchout in the rain may be considered semi-conservative. But also #33 only got a couple plays, for some reason.  #3, and #18 both had turns at RB, for the first time this season. #19 has lined up as RB before, but on one play he went in motion (1st time I recall seeing that this season) and actually took the snap. The defense showed at least one new formation as well. So, overall, it was a slightly different game set for PNG; whether the weather had anything to do with it, I have no idea. 
 
Overall, like I said previously, it was a fun game to watch; I'm glad it was a close game. 

I did edit it...  I'm trying to sound like less of a D*** these days. 

The ONLY reason this game was close was a monsoon.  The rain wreaked havoc on PNG passing game.  It allowed Ned to focus solely on the run.  When it slowed down PNG began to severely exploit Nederland's secondary.  I'm not taking anything away from Nederland's players heart and determination.  They just do not have the talent this year.  The coaching is also extremely poor.  

Guess that poster lives under a rock, we can finish no worse than 2nd. Lol smh. 😂🤦🏾‍♂️

I don’t even think that scenario is possible, unless GCM beats Crosby. GCM lost to Sterling, who Crosby handled without a lot of starters that are back. Plus, that would mean Porter gets in by beating BH, which would put BH in 3rd.

So what's the new projection now?? 

They sure did, lots of great plays were made by them. But the week of festivities, the weather, biggest rivalry in the state arch rival, had all the makings for a disaster via (homecoming game on how that tuned out) they rose to the occasion. The linebackers contained and held them to season lows this game. 

Please explain, a sophomore gave up the winning td , Png RBs ran it down all three sophomore linebackers throats all night , I would say the only sophomore that rose up was the QB , are you telling me none of the jr or sr starters had anything to do with that game 🙄

Nederland and PAM share that problem... wanna trade??
