  1. Kid has had problems I don’t think transferring is his answer but good luck to him. NS still has athletes and imo is still the fav for the District Crown. Just happy to see BU is better.
  2. Pius still recruits and still has athletes. United doing work. Let’s go wolves
  3. Wow hopefully nothing serious. Blackshire looks like a men amongst boys and could potentially be a 5 star if he can dominate on the 6A level.
  4. Yea I hear you but it wa just a lil preseason prediction
  5. Gary had a great game plan...that offense will wear the best defenses down in the 4th. Congratulations to Katy P.S : I always kinda thought Duncanville will be the team to beat this season
  6. Yea no doubt about that, but you just have to think how many games Rav won or at least kept them in with his playmaking, an think can Troy do that, not to mention the WR talent lost from last year and with Holland being hurt it’s going to make it that much harder. But your def right Troy is the better passer but a mile, but that playmaking is going to be missed and I could see it last night as well as last week
  7. I was gonna say this last week after going to the inter squad scrimmage, but WB will miss L’Raven playmaking ability. Don’t get me wrong Troy is solid and has a good arm but Idk is like last night I went looking for something and I just didn’t see it. Hopefully the bruins make me eat my words. Hoping for a great season
  8. Yea they’ll miss Holland, the RB last night wasn’t bad, but just seems like he didn’t have that extra gear to break the big one. Should still be good though
  9. Sorry should have been more specific, I was talking about Beaumont, not SETX as a whole, and for a while there it was an uptake in the pop. census but your most likely right, the school district has a big time effect on people moving in and unfortunately BISD isn’t doing to hot as of late, so while Beaumont won’t lose to much due to the industry it will definitely get left in the rear by those areas you mentioned (New Caney, Porter, etc) Houston as a whole is starting to expand from East to West, should be the 3rd largest city very soon.
  10. I wouldn’t say this area isn’t growing, cause in fact it is, just not as fast as the other metros in Texas. But with the plants booming this area will always grow just probably at a slower rate than Austin, Houston, DFW.
  11. So sad. You hate to hear anything like this... although i I didn’t like the coaching, off the field he was one of the best ppl you’d ever meet, sorry to hear this for his wife and kids
  12. Don’t sleep on Strake, but besides them and of course NS I like Brook in every game
  13. That's definitely true. That's why I said B.T and Jeffery Thomas. But I see what you saying with Locke. It's a reasinnge made it ti the NFL. I'd out him as more of a nickle tho since he wasnt that fast and true about chopper lol but hey if teams don't throw at you I see that as shutdown but I understand what you saying
  14. Soulja ima have to disagree with a position I know about. CB- I know Locke went to Texas and all but no way he was the best CB. B.Thomas (Lamar) was definitely the better one. J.T Thomas (Houston) from that same year could also be mentioned. Played CB 1 season and was absolutely stunning. Cantue (Alcorn St) comes to mind Dan Dan (Midwestern State) from 05, also Corey Coleman and Ivory Williams could shut down one side of the field. Central has had good DBs, most off of athleticism but BT was def the most technique sound CB Also them CBs from Coach Dixon days were dogs. Just can't think of there names
  15. Beaumont vs P.A very underrated rivalry. Ozen had athletes just never touched the field, idk what changed in Beaumont but for awhile at least the kids would go out and play but now those same kids with sky high talent don’t even touch the field, same thing for Central. Both schools had just as much talent as anybody but the kids never came out. Most had a street mentality with no guidance and I’m sure you as a P.A resident can say the same about Memorial.
  16. Yes Hightower use to be a PROBLEM I have some family over there, and they’ve been tlkin about how the talent pool was spread out due to other schools but is starting to come back., They’ll definetly be on the up
  17. Hightower will def be good this season.
  18. You mean the class that was ranked #1 in the nation?? lol there was no secret how much talent was on that team
  19. Centrals had some players come through, to many to name but my top 3 Leeland McElroy - Tex A&M - Arizona Cardinals Anthony Collins - Kansas - Cincinnati Bengals David Dixon - Hutchinson/ K-State - San Fran 49ers Honerable mention Derrick Hall (Derailed by injuries) / Brandon Williams - Tex A&M The last two never played there career out so no telling how far either would have went but imo they would have both made it to the league. Talent was unbelievable centrals really had some talent come through those halls but with a lot of our boys, never took school serious. No telling how many players Central could have put out
  20. @Billyliucci Per multiple sources, Scott Woodward has signed on to become LSU's next Athletics Director. The Baton Rouge native is heading home. Know this is premature but Heard him and Jimbo are very close, could he be on his way on as wel in the very near future??
  21. Anyone plan on attending the Spring game? I’m trying to make it myself
  22. Thought they already had one
  23. Congratulations, United knew you guys could do it, and it seems like we're starting to peak at the right time. When us this going to get some media coverage??
