  1. I am not sure the result would have been the same in the Buna game. As one person mentioned on another thread, EC was missing a starting RB in that game? I feel as though Anahuac can score on East Chambers. Not enough to win, but certainly enough to keep it entertaining. Does anyone else think this way, or no?
  2. For some reason, I feel as though this game will be closer than expected. No score prediction, but I do feel like Anahuac can make a game of it.
  3. Looks like Anahuac gave Orangefield a solid match for a half? Two quick scores late in the 2nd qtr with a ton of momentum going into the second half, is that correct? Did Anahuac turn the ball over in the second half as well, or just not able to get any drives going? Looks like they scored 14 (all of their points) in the first qtr ?
  4. District 10-3A games this week East Chambers at Anahuac Orangefield at Coldspring Buna at Hardin Kirbyville - BYE
  5. Yes sir, I looked into going but they are OFF this week.
  6. Jim Ned, isn't that where Colt McCoy played ball? And congratulations Hardin for representing southeast Texas well.
  7. I have to take the Longhorns in this one. Well, I don't have to, but I am going to.

  9. Currently on a pipeline job in Sinton and was thinking about catching a Refugio game while I am down here. Long way from Fannett, Texas
  10. I will split the difference and go Hardin 48 ---Buna 19
  11. This is so spot on. I can't remember what game it was last year, but I was watching the Hornets and they kicked off at 7:30 pm and the game was over at 9:12 pm. Insane
  12. I will be in attendance for this game. It's been a couple years since I have watched those Bears and this season is a year to keep an eye on them, as I feel as though they will compete for the top 2/3 spots in the District.
  13. I am taking the Broncos this week over the Bulldogs.
  14. Very impressed with the #0 RB at Hardin as well. Jones is very good but so is this 0, who scored the first 4 TD's for Hardin.
  15. True, if not for Coach Sutherland making an effort to close the gap for some "respect" points - Hardin could have made it alot worse. 36-7 at the start of the 4th when the Hornets head coach pulled his DEF starters out of the game.
  16. Seems like a lot of "firsts" for that program in Hardin
  17. I think you guys need to reboot the computer(s). Also had Hardin as a 2 point underdog to East Chambers tonight.
  18. Goodness gracious. Who had this on their bingo card?
  19. The NFHS broadcaster said that it's been since 1953 since Hardin defeated East Chambers by double digits. Thats wild.
  20. I am watching the same game you are. Defense body language is exactly what you do NOT want to see. Full on give up mode.
  21. EC is in give up mode already
  22. Probably scared at this point.
  23. Not a chance. 100 LB advantage by 4 of the 5 Hardin lineman. They'll have their way all night.
  24. Talk about two polar opposites going to battle. Old school vs New school. Down and dirty vs flashy. One scores in 9 minutes, the other scores in 9 seconds. Who will be standing when the final whistle blows?
