Yes, but supposedly they have an incoming sophomore who is the real deal. My prediction is Anahuac/EC/Orangefield/Kirbyville or Buna.

Tough situation, HJ has had a good club the last couple of years.

They did, we were missing some guys but Evadale played well, they also blasted HJ in the same night. Until somebody can consistently beat us it will be our district to lose. 

That district doesn't seem overly strong so nothing would surprise me.

District 19-AAAA will have a minimum of one play in game. Teams 2-6 will all be within 2 games of each other.

I think you have to say Caesar... he was a multi-time  All state pick, I think you could make a case for Tremaine Thomas as well.

I remember Catt, and he was unbelievable, I am not familiar with the other guy. Were they All-State players as well?

1. Despite being hit hard by graduation the Bucs still complete for 1 of the top 2 spots 

2. The Buna playoff streak ends 

3. Hamshire-Fannett wins their 4A district 

4. The Vidor Pirates end their playoff drought 

The nature of baseball has changed.... (whether it is right or wrong) chirping/taunting is now apart of the game. Turn on any college baseball game or high level high school game and you are going to see lots of things we didn't see 5-10 years ago.

Congrats to Ofield on a great season and good luck to CH.  

Are we seeing a case of sour grapes here? CH has a good club and always does, could Orangefield be a little envious of what CH has going?

The district is going to be so entertaining to follow like usual. I think Buna V Orangefield may end up being a national broadcast.😄Alumni player and coach against his former team. The season cannot get here fast enough. 

Talking about actual basketball what can we expect from the Cats this season? Will they be able to challenge The Bucs & Lions for the top spot in 22 AAA?

Buna was ranked in the top 25 most of the year... silly take to think this wasnt an upset.
