Good win for Coach Hoyt & the boys, HJ squeaks by Brookeland & loses to Vidor. I feel like this is not real life for HJ hoops.

This should not be allowed to happen from either school, terrible look for the first game of a new coaching regime. Dumb by High Island to agree to it. There a plenty of schools in the east/southeast houston area that had to be looking for games. Heck even just intrasquad would be better than that.

Initially it was all the recruiting, now we have watch-gate. Classy program down there in Mauriceville. Do any teams in this district have a chance to win a game in round 1?

I understand the rivalry, but how would the Bobcats feel if this had happened to them & potentially cost them a district ship?

I think it is crazy people don't think LCM gained a significant advantage by gaining access to another team's plays. Shut them out in half #1 and give up 16 points in half #2. I think that should raise plenty of red flags on how much of an advantage it gave LCM.

What is going on in Jasper? I remember a time when they were good across the board, now it seems they cannot compete in anything.

That young man is very impressive, but man are we bad on defense right now. We need to bring back the Oklahoma Drill this week & get a little tougher going into the playoffs.

I think the OF is a little better club, but give me the Bucs in an upset.

I have the Bucs & Cats splitting this year in the regular season this year. I am curious to see how everybody else in the district looks.

From what I understand LC VS Montgomery is a massive rivalry so those games are usually tight. My buddy out in Magnolia says there is a strong dislike for each other, LC is viewed as the country club school & Montgomery a little more blue collar. Montgomery Beatdown Huntsville & PNG had to come from behind to win that one. I Just think this is one of the best games in the state tomorrow night. Good luck to both teams.

Is it safe to say the top 4 teams in this district are now established? Its just a matter of where they finish 1-4? Splendora is dead last, & Ned/Day/West fork duke it out for the non playoff spots.

Congrats to the Hornets, they are a very good club. Question, wasnt their coach the head skip at Liberty for a while? If so what happened (was it coaches decision or pissed off school board/parent decision)? This dude is going to win the district at Hardin & Liberty has really struggled since he left.
