Yes sir I would consider BC an average team
Based off of this logic are there any teams in the area besides Beaumont United that are not average?
I don't think anybody gave the scarborough team you speak of credit for making history (In a positive way) that comparison is apples and oranges to this Bridge City team.

How does Huffman beat any of these teams?
They are good team and have been for quite some time. They also have a player that is one of the better players in the area and committed to play at the next level.

BC with a huge win, #22 & 23 for BC just were not going to lose today. Free throw shooing down the stretch for HJ was brutal.

Congrats to Cleveland on the big win, Good to see them back in the playoffs!

I would think LCM with both sophomores back would be in the mix at the top.
How many of the guys off this years team are WOS kids?

@Benchwarmer9 don’t know ya’lls coach but I know ours and I know Wilson will have our boys ready. We also return a lot. Plus our JV last night beat ya’lls with mostly freshman on it. Your coach is going to have to have them ready or you guys will get blown out.
I know you won’t have #24 to lean on and that’s why I see you guys losing first round. Under Wilson these ain’t the same MustangsYou always say this isnt the same mustangs but I went back and did some research, and to me it kind of seems like this is a normal WOS basketball team.
2016-2017: 11-17 *Playoff team
2017-2018: 17-18* playoff team
2018-2019: 17-17 * playoff team
2019-2020: 13-21
2020-2021: 10-15* playoff team

Well according to maxpreps they do have a couple of wins against other 3A teams so I would say no. Also, they are in a extremely tough district with New Waverly & Coldspring.
-
Is HF back healthy? They seem to be playing well, and they would be a real tough out for their 1st round opponent.
-
I know Orangefield isnt all that good, but this is a good win for Silsbee considering how shorthanded they are.
-
I would contend that this team has multiple guys that can play and score. Regardless this is a nice win for them over a rival on the road, and coming off of a good win over Crosby.
-
What are problems associated with Memorial being a little bit down?
I know they had a strong senior class and a kid transfer to Houston, but usually their is not a rebuild just a reload.
-
Great job by PNG of playing this one at their pace and making it a game.
-
What do the standings in this district look like? I know Huffman & HJ are the favorites, but who is likely to be 3 and 4?
-
Who are some realistic candidates for this one?
-
Is Duke #1? Was he injured? I saw him against WOS over the holidays and he can really play.
-
This surprises me a little bit, Vidor was giving 5A teams fits the last couple years.
-
Congrats to Nederland... I knew they would get right this week. They have a unique ability to win the big games.
-
Congrats to LCM because i know they are banged up, but how in the world does that happen? Playing a freshman team against a varsity.... unbelievable due to stupid district rules.
-
Not at all, No way they were full strength. Based on what i saw earlier in the year this was one of the best teams in the area.
-
LCM catching a major break here, I would imagine an LCM win tonight will really cause a cluster in this district.
-
This district sure seems unpredictable this year. Seems like Silsbee and Lumberton at the top, and then everybody else can beat anybody on a given night.
-
Indians getting better game by game, I think they will get an upset over somebody soon.

How many players are coming back? The loss of Caesar and Green will hurt... How were their under level teams?
