Burglar, or Hideaway - The Best of Freddie King (1993)

Got Burglar in yesterday, listened to it all day. I hadn't heard it in years, still really good. I'd forgotten how 70's it was! Lol. My favorite Freddie album is still the surfing one.

    Great pick, thank you.

No one has scored 20 on the Dawgs this year, even when the starters are pulled in the third quarter.
I don’t see China Spring scoring 20 on this Dawg defense.
The Dawg D is just that good and we may being getter CB/wide receiver back this week. He has been out seven weeks.

He said win by less than 20, not that CS was going to score 20.

My concern is the type of vaccine. If my understanding is correct, it is the 1st molecular DNA based vaccine. That means genetic altering. The results of which may not be known for some time. Survival of the fittest for thousands of years has morphed mankind to where we are today. But this could be the start of something we have no control over. We are the Guinea pigs for this experiment.

NO, I will not be taking the vaccine.

This is kinda how I feel.

Jorma Kaukonen, lead guitar for Jefferson Airplane and cofounder of Hot Tuna with Airplane bassist Jack Casady, has been live-streaming almost every Saturday at 7:00 on YouTube from his place in Ohio. Mostly him on acoustic playing for about an hour and a half. Jack came out and did a few acoustic shows with him. A couple weeks back they got together in Ohio and got their drummer in and recorded an electric show that’s airing tomorrow night. If you want to see a couple of old dudes who can still lay down some power trio blues, tune in and check it out. Search “Fur Peace Ranch” on YouTube. Should be listed as Quarantine Concert #28. Geezers rock!!!

    Doing this! Thank you!

I know there’s a lot of people in need.  I’m all for giving to those who really need it, but.......  I’m sick of watching lines, miles long, of people driving big, new SUV’s and cars, newer and more expensive than mine.   Not just the odd one, but virtually all of them.   And they interviewed a woman with big fake nails on that probably cost $50, and her in her big, new, SUV.   Does she need free food because of the vehicle and fake nails, or is it just the greed of something free.    Sorry, but something isn’t right about all this, and I’m venting.  Color me skeptical.   😡😡😡

Then look at the folks picking up meals at Catholic Charities and Some Other Place.   They need the food.

    I hear ya, and agree.

Saw Freddie King at the Black Cat club on hwy 90 going towards China. He was simply amazing. Have his Getting Ready album. Going Down was a big hit he recorded with Leon Russell on piano. The way we got to hear his music for the first time was from a square, floppy 45 rpm that had Going Down on one side. It came to a friend’s house through the mail as a promotional deal. We all loved it right off the bat. Went and bought the album as soon as I had enough money. Lol

Y'all ever listen to the Mad Dogs and Englishmen album that Joe Cocker did? Leon Russell did piano for him on it. Great live album.
