Congrats to all the players and coaches. Jaylon Guilbeau, defensive back, Port Arthur Memorial I saw his name earlier today on the all american bowl commitment show. He was listed as an all american for next year.

Good question. I don't think they have to rent the stadium like normal playoff games. But even if my tax money went to that 3 times, it's cool.

I was hoping UIL would allow them to be part of the big school games at AT&T. I feel sorry for the kids who won't get a chance to play on the big stage. Maybe it was their choice to play at a more central location.

The verdict is in. Fastest tenderloin ever. Good flavor great taste. But I think I may have over done it. Mine was about 2.5 lbs. After 10 minutes, checked it with a meat thermometer and only got to 140. 5 more minutes, but it was probably tougher than it should've been. Thanks @SmashMouth Definitely worth trying again. I'm sure with a lil practice I'll get it right. Also, it would be great for pork a Bob's. And someone at the SETX state fair could make some money.

Within the last month, 4 people working around me got it. They all say it was hell for a week, than just goes away. Some still have loss of taste or smell. Maybe I'm immune, or extremely lucky. Not scared, just cautious. More worried about the older generations who have worse medical histories. But when my 70 yo neighbors took there entire family to Disney world for thanksgiving. That was one of the coldest games I've ever been to. Another factor to consider is all championship games being played inside now. Conditions can definitely change things.
