  1. You have the height of a troll but no where on this site you can quote me about our linemen wearing skirts. X-Box Kenny, guilty. Skirts? You got me MESSED up. And, on paper, from 6A on down, Reg 2 is stronger than 3 but anyway
  2. You're being trolled. Real PAM fans know the challenge Longview is. I just hope they are not spent emotionally from last week.....

  4. From '02-'17, we were in the top classification getting knocked out by the likes of Laporte in the 1st round with losses to Katy and Spring Branch Memorial in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. Last time we were in the 3rd was the 1st 2 years in 5A which we lost to Temple both years. Contrary to what Mouse has to say, all of the victors in our 1st round losses went at least 4 rounds and the last re-alignment, Dist 10 was the group of death but some people don't look at the bigger picture
  5. That Austin 1985 is moving up✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿
  6. I was at Abe last night. Those kids showed all kinds of heart staying in the game with Wakeland. I just so much emotional capital was spent last night that they may get blown out next week. Nevertheless, I am so proud of them✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿

  8. Wakeland is 3:1 pass heavy. I didn't see anybody that physically stood out. Short receivers. QB has a bad knee and they did lose 4 games and I am betting they played the majority of them indoors..... If we can get pressure with 4 and drop 6-7, we will be ok. Also, no favorite receiver statistically. 2 kids with over 700 yards a piece
  9. Wakeland's QB threw for 337 yards with 5 TD's We will have to get pressure with 4
  10. Not quite the same senerio but Euless Trinity finished 4th but playing the top seeded Keller in 6A D1. Since Keller won, that put SLC in D2. They might pull the upset

  12. Imma make this last point. I follow Timberwolves football on FB. 8 seniors and 1 junior have scholarship offers from various levels. This is just Colbert's first year. Time is needed for improvement to show
  13. Just need an easier path for 2 years. And HISD is just like every other urban ISD: lack or resources.
  14. Of course, I don't think the majority of you want Beaumont or PA to be successful. If BISD were to go one school, the majority of y'all would πŸ’© all over it. I know my countrymen πŸ€”πŸ˜πŸ˜‰
  15. Yep. They are not going to beat the big 4 in their current district anytime soon. Where there's growth, there's success. When Kenny Ray first went to SC, he was with the Pasadena schools etc and went 9-4. As soon as the UIL put them with NS and King, things got real rather quickly
  16. Again, PA's numbers were shrinking. 2800 is more manageable than 4500 and PA had problems with Lincoln and TJ kids. All the whites that were going to TJ and Austin left. It wasn't all Peaches and cream when PA merged
  17. We were not favored to beat foster nor Hightower. You can tell when someone doesn't know regional football and matchups. Hightower made it to the regional finals both years. So did foster but I won't let facts and research get in the way of a hot take
  18. Allen 'grew' into being the biggest school in the state. Beaumont's history of forced bussing, etc won't allow for that. Allen was a more organic transition
  19. The towns too big for 1 school. Longevity in the HC's, dedicated feeders to United, and the UIL putting them with Pasadena or both dropping to 5A-D1 (which could happen) and BISD football will be better
  20. To add one what @BMTSoulja1 said, I think it goes much deeper. BISD needs to nail down dedicated feeders, especially to United. Also, I guess band in the middle schools is down because both bands are down in numbers. Plus, it doesn't help playing Humble, Sheldon, and North Shore. It would've been nice to play Pasadena's and Channelviews.
  21. 2 out of the last 3. Last year, they lost to Friendswood so they were co-champs
