  2. We weren't happy with the 50 million bubble screens that were called. Had people sitting with me thinking Stover couldn't throw. Well, a week later, the play calling was more diversified and they (the team) over came an early deficit because of it
  3. Well said. Great way to go into a bye week and get ready for the real season #district
  4. Humble and Sheldon High are on the come up. The SEC West district will be wild this year
  5. Imma just go on ahead and stamp them as 5A D1 state champs(again). Beat a 6A D2 Semifinalist on the road....
  6. Okay. Dayton. I was reffering to the new scoreboard but I stand corrected
  7. I think the record for points scored is held by Central. 63 I think and it happened the year NISD put up the new scoreboard
  8. Just when I was thinking #1 was held in check, boom TD Nederland
  9. I don't remember King playing against Nederland last year. That RPO will make an eager underclassman's eyes wander, etc. Plus, that RB is back from last year. Point taken though if that Oline can't block that front 4....... I was just being honest about the scheme I saw against WO-S
  10. I'm with Coach Morgan. Their RPO game concerns me. And after the high of beating the $5 indians(again), the Men in Black could be caught slippin,. PA wins but Nederland covers(+36 according to Dave Campbell)
  11. I want Ashley to stand on his week one list. Keep dem $5 dollar Indians #1
  12. I conceded the point of playing the PN-Gs of the world doesn't help. Playing Alvin and Brazoswood doesn't help you either. And like I said, the current coach was hired late so he had no say in the scheduleing. So you would schedule 3 Houston area teams plus have a Houston area district schedule in spite of possible budgetary constraints. Aight den..... Sorry for the highjack pn-g fans
  13. So tell me, if you were the coach, who would you schedule and take in consideration travel cost and lack of 6A opponents. Go. Also, as Colbert, you wasn't hired until the summer b4 the season
  14. All of you guys are right. Btw, WB is playing Manvel. another 5A program. Y'all have to remember, February of '20, once the districts came out, coaches had to scramble to find opponent. I'm sure that also determines who to scrimmage and whether to have spring ball or not(2 scrimmages vs one) That's why you see Brazosport and Mavel Lamar etc on the schedule. Travel gets involved big time which cost money. So when they get to play a local team in any copacity, they jump on it. There was a cycle which PAM had a home/home with Midland Lee and Alice so stop with the complaing please
  15. Some people have poor comprehension skills. The 4th best team in that district just beat Crosby like a drum. No team in our 5A Districts could compete with the top 4 in that district and I'd throw Humble High in the mix as well. I called them the SEC West for a reason

  17. Not surprised. SLS gave Memorial a tough test last week
  18. A certain offical at WB needs to sign off on a certain piece of paper and move on......
