I highly doubt this proposed bill makes it to the floor. Neither McConnell nor Ryan wants to expose the Republicans who would vote against it. Hopefully the bill does make it to a vote so we can see who needs to be ousted from Congress.

I would love to see McAuliffe interviewed by a competent reporter/interviewer who makes him explain how he can come to the conclusion that Kavanaugh "will threaten the lives of millions of Americans". I recall a few Liberal posters on here mocking how Republicans use scare tactics. There is no equivalency when it comes to scare tactics used by Democrats. The Liberals posters that made those accusations should be well aware by now that the "both sides do it" tactic is akin to a basketball team winning 126-7, but try to say "well both teams scored". There is no excuse for not being awake now.

You should be used to "news" outlets running stories without credible sources or multiple confirmations. The Liberal news outlets do it all the time...on a daily basis...as routine "journalism". If this type of reporting kills you, you must have died thousands of times already. How many lives do you have? I find it perplexingly funny that you are quick to point out the lack of confirmations of this story, but are suspiciously silent on all the stories ran by CNN, MSNBC, NBC, etc. that rely entirely on anonymous sources. This article clearly stated the source, and put all of the weight of legitimacy on that source. And yet, you seem perfectly fine when other news organizations use unnamed source(s). I guess it just depends on the publisher on what you deem credible...multiple credible sources a must for one, anonymous source(s) okay for others. That revelation almost killed me. I do find this story lacking in credibility due to zero supporting evidence, and will give it no further thought until if/when credible evidence emerges. And I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for anyone to dig deeper...especially the Liberal outlets. I find it amusing that the Obama administration and many Liberal outlets have decried it's inauthenticity. Based on their track record, they would be better off keeping their mouth shut than show their hypocrisy within.

If a Congressman would have encouraged GOP supporters to ambush Obama or Clinton administrators in restaurants, gas stations, etc., they would have been censored and had expulsion proceedings drawn up before that person had ever finished their sentence. The Liberal media would become even more radical in spewing their bile against Republicans. It seems Liberals are the only ones that have a right to be angry (even though the anger is based on nothing). Frankly I hope these Liberal nutbags and Hollywood weirdos keep up their antics. Hopefully their actions will draw sane people to the polls. My question to Liberals is: Should any of these nutcases that encourage this type of behavior, or anyone that participates in this type of behavior be stripped of their second amendment rights?

The narrative did not change. Everybody knows the numbers are not an accurate reflection of real unemployment. Using the same flawed formula to compare Obama numbers with Trump numbers is the only way to compare apples to apples. Incessant stereotyping and regurgitation of Liberal talking points is not a very good indicator of a free thinker.

Can you name any policies that Obama enacted that led to the decrease in unemployment? I, stevenash, and others can name plenty of Trump/GOP Congress policies that contribute to this fact. Did Obama contribute to the decrease in unemployment of hinder the natural recovery?

Can you or the author back up the headline in that link. Please give an example of Trump or any White person thinking only Blacks are on welfare. There are roughly 230 million Whites and roughly 42 million Blacks in the United States. Find the demographic numbers of people on food stamps/government assistance then figure up what percentage of their own demographic is dependent. But you will still rely on the misleading falsehoods to lead you by the nose. You are the epitome of the false narratives PAMFAM10 laid out in his earlier post. You hate stereotypes but are the first to scream them...and believe them.

What you listed are lies and stereotypes perpetuated by the Democratic party, but Blacks will still vote in full force for that party. I can go down your list with you if you would like, but I'm highly confident you don't want to go down that road.

I didn't realize that the authors and contributors to all of the Black/minority urban outreach programs/organizations are racist White bigots. I thought these Democrats were sincere but misguided in their efforts to throw money at the underprivileged in a effort to lend a helping hand. Now I see that they are just captors and overlords of the minority demographic...who can absolutely count on the Black vote to keep them in power.

If "parents" purposefully and willfully put themselves and their children in a situation that might require them to be separated if caught, somehow you want to blame the law enforcer instead of laying blame squarely on the shoulders of where it belongs...the parents. I don't find it "harsh" at all to separate them. In fact, I would encourage the practice as a deterrent to those who seek to invade our country. I would put billboards all along the border stating: "Invade our country...lose your kids!". And the definition of "centrist" or "Left leaning" varies wildly depending of the leanings of the person doing the defining.

How or where do you propose we house (detain) these lawbreakers until we can deport them? Should we stick with the catch and release program, in which the vast majority never bother to show up for their court hearings? Should a 30 year old father of three who illegally immigrates to our country be given preferential treatment over an illegal single 30 year old man? And again, should these illegals face repercussions for their flaunting of our laws? How about for repeated violations?

They are separated because the law says for the adults to be placed in a detention center. The law also says that minors cannot be placed in these same detention centers. Therefore, they are separated. We can change the law. I don't recall anyone arguing against that. And I would have no problem with concentration camps. But like a good Liberal in training, I would choose to change the name to a less harsher connotation, like "tent city" or "undocumented palace of enchantment". And if all we did was deport them, what incentive do illegals have to not just come back over the border. Do you think there should be punishment for illegally entering the U.S.? One time? Twice? 15 times?

There is a very simple solution to having your kids taken from you at the border. DO NOT CROSS THE BORDER ILLEGALLY. Problem solved. I really don't get why so many people misplace blame in situations like this. If a mom is caught shoplifting or writing bad checks, should we not arrest her if she has kids. Can no mother, nor father, be incarcerated if they have kids. The illegals choose to put their kids in a situation where they might be separated. I for one will NOT blame ICE/officers for enforcement of our laws.

I'm hoping the Mueller investigation keeps going. The longer it goes, the more corruption we find out about. Mueller's investigation has done wonders in exposing the hate-filled Liberals embedded in our top government positions. How many FBI/DOJ agents have been fired, demoted, or forced to resign? [Hidden Content] [Hidden Content] And I'm highly confident there are more that haven't been exposed yet. And how many people have been indicted due to "collusion" with the Russians? Well that would be a big fat zero.
