Very well said.  I’ve always said he’s the most underrated coach in our area.  In my book, no one “taught” the game better than Coach Foster.  And it showed watching his teams play.   And as great a coach as he is, he’s an even better person.  That’s saying something. 

Coach Foster and I had talked earlier in the season and he told me this might be his last year to coach but still wasn't sure. Well, he is sure now.
It's been a great privilege to cover his teams. I always enjoy watching his teams play. They are always one of the best coached teams year in and year out.
But it's more of an honor and privilege to call Kevin my friend. He is just an absolute great man. He and his dad are the reasons I am a big Big Sandy fan.
I will miss Coach on the sidelines. Just won't be the same without him. But I also know we will keep in touch and he will be greeting me when I attend Wildcat basketball games.
Congrats Coach Foster!!! Job well done my friend!

I think Rangers will be ok in the long run.  Not sure about the stros tho.  Been a while since they were like this.  Too bad we are in the same conference

Rangers and stros both having this issue.  Hader did pitch a 1-2-3 inning today, striking out the side.  I was pretty upset the rangers didn’t sign him, but not at this point with how he’s pitched so far.

Rangers beat Houston again as the nightmare start for the stros continues.  I’m not mad.

Taylor going 5/26 and Aggies missing 16 FTs is why this game wasn't a 6 point win by A&M.
Silver lining, I made good bank on this one taking A&M and the over.

I lost 4 sweet 16 teams in round one, but all 12 I had left made it through to the sweet 16.  I’d call that a success.  Always nice when you end the round of 32 with the same amount of possible points remaining as when you started 

Damn good game. Heck of a comeback by A&M to force OT. 

If A&M knew how to shoot FTs this game would be over already.

I don’t see a difference between Faith Family playing 4A schools and Silsbee playing Bridge City, WOS, Vidor, Lumberton, LCM & Jasper twice a year. Silsbee needs to move up to 5A where the district would be more competitive

Kind of surprised that no player from San Augustine made all region.

Truth is that FF is a really good pre-college team.
Silsbee has represented the home grown high school 4A level with amazing results.
Regardless of the state/UIL bullmess high-school sports will never be the same again.
Congrats Tigers for being our motivation for small school pride.
