  1. I will say this, I don't ever really agree with Pakronos's logic for good reason, but man when he stirs the pot you find out exactly how everyone feels about PAM. We ALWAYS have talent, there's no doubting that, but when our district is constantly  getting wiped out in the 2nd round and IF lucky the 3rd round, something needs to change. I know everyone likes to say "go be the coach then", trust me I would love to coach PAM to a state championship, I've lived here my whole life, but right now that isn't  feasible, I'm still pretty young compared to most of you so maybe it'll happen someday, but right now we have to support what we have. I've questioned kennys game plans just like everyone else but I'm a realist, in the grand scheme of things our district is usually an afterthought. Having PAM in 22-5a will help the district Improve in the long run. We got our butts kicked today for sure, the injury bug hits every team so no excuses there. If anything Hines going down showed us exactly how one dimensional we really were.

yes I realize that now, its all about them and no one else I get it

That's not even close to being true, you can't let a couple of fans change your whole perception of a team. If that was the case I would hate every team within a 100 miles radius because some of their fans said something about PAM. If PAM and PNG win this week then 22-5a is legit. These will be both of our toughest tests on paper.

  3. There are quite a few games this week that are legit state semifinal worthy and some that are even de-facto state final games. Here are my top 3 games.

    1. Katy VS. North Shore

This is must see football, you have the defending 6a Div I and Div II state champs going up against each other. Whoever wins is pretty much a lock to be in the final in a few weeks.

    2. Manvel VS. CP

Manvel brought their 6a speed along for the ride this year and they will put it up to the test against defending 5a Div II champ Cedar Park.

    3. Allen VS. San Angelo Central

This match-up has two top 10 Texas schools pitted against each other. Can defending champ Allen take care of business once again this year?

There are obviously many other solid match-ups such as: Newton vs EF but these are just the ones I felt were the best this Week. Thoughts?

Don't know who you are talking about lol.

And it's kinda sad this thread was at the bottom of the second page. Where the Titans and Knights fans at?

Working, well at least I have been. Sucks that I was free and ready to watch PAM today but unfortunately they play tomorrow. I might go watch PNG since I have no real plans tonight.  PAM should run through these guys. I'm sure Kenny hasn't forgotten what happened a few years back so he's going to make sure to keep his foot on the gas the whole game. If we take care of business the Temple game next week would've been the best 5a game in both divisions in my opinion if not for the possible Manvel, CP game.

  5. PAM and PNG SHOULD be able to take care of business this week. The 3rd round would be tough for both, Temple and College Station are for real. One game at a time though PAM by 4+ touchdowns and PNG by double digits (as long as injuries don't catch up to them).

since all the cockroaches have left the board after PAM loss to Vidor, the real FAN with the spirit of BG is still here. Ghost i know he lurks and bigd92 chimes in and has made every game. PAMFAN10 i know you are here...outside of that, they all have left. so when PAM wins Friday, and you come back, i'm calling you ALL out. Go Titans....#therealtitanation

this thread is going to fall off cause i can't keep it going alone due to work...

You have to give your PAM people more credit than that, I have made it to every game this season except the Livingston game (Attended a graduation that day) and like I said before, I was the only PAM fan keeping the Vidor, PAM game thread alive even when we were getting blown out. I ate my crow when it tasted the worst, right after we lost not the next day or a few days later. I didn't know about this website til a few months ago and I don't believe you have to post on here everyday in order to make yourself seem like more of a "FAN". I say this because I know of many others that attend every game that have no clue about this site and many other HS football forums. I'll be there Friday, I will admit I know absolutely nothing about Porter but this is extremely bad timing for them to play PAM because those boys have fire in their eyes and they were embarrassed last week. I don't think this one is close, PAM by 3+ touchdowns, maybe more if Kenny doesn't decide to take his foot off the gas.

What is your take on Vidors' football team ?

Solid for sure, best team they've had in a long time. Everything went their way today. We did everything possible to lose that game. I was really proud of Kadon, he showed some heart today running a lot more than I expected him to. I think the most under rated part was the Vidor defense. If you would've told me before the game that Vidor was going to score 31 points I would've been extremely confident that the Titans would've out scored them. Obviously the turnovers and onside kicks had a lot to do with PAM not scoring enough but the defense kept Hines relatively quiet the whole game.
