My team is doing pretty decent I would say. They only got to play 2 of the games this weekend against Kentucky so the Ags will end up with 1 less conference game than everyone else. That could hurt with tiebreakers if they end up tied with another team. A&M went 2-0 on the weekend but lost a half game in the standings to Vandy and LSU who both swept their 3 games series.
Any reason? Besides being a UNC fan
Duke plays the game and Coach K seems go get good kids to come play for him. You don't see a whole lot of showboating and cockiness from Duke teams. You have to respect what Coach K has done at a school with the same enrollment as Lamar.
Buddy's teams
Football- Arkansas, Oregon, Texas, A&M when JFF played
Basketball- Kentucky, Arkansas
Baseball- not sure about that, but A&M is really good this year so we will go with them.
Forgive me if I forgot any BG
Anyone going to the games in Houston this weekend? I was thinking about trying to catch Utah-Duke and Gozaga-UCLA tomorrow night at NRG.
I hate basketball games in football stadiums btw. Play the games in a basketball arena where the crowd can actually get into the game.
Lots of really smart people work for these teams and find ways to get through every loophole imaginable.
The best contract ever has to be Bobby Bonilla's last deal with the Mets. He hasn't swung a bat since 1999 and still gets a check every July 1st for $1.2 mil. His agent needs a raise. [Hidden Content]
Good move for both parties it seems
@FieldYates: Source: JJ Watt has restructured his contract. Turned $10M roster bonus into a signing bonus. Creates $8M in cap space for HOU for 2015.
