Having your best players for a playoff run is usually pretty important. The loss last night matches them up with Friendswood in the 1st round. On the bright side y’all shouldn’t have to worry about baseball after next week and can carry on with football in April.

Lots of Travel issues for this in other sports. Football is 4-5 road trips a year on Friday night-Saturday Baseball, Basketball, Volleyball etc is 15+ road trips on some school nights.

The kid has a future playing D1 baseball. Having baseball kids in pads in April during the district season and playoffs is a good way to get all those kids to quit football.

Nederland’s starting 3rd baseman dislocated his elbow at spring football practice today. Out for Crosby this week and most likely the playoffs. 😡

Playoff teams are clinched. BH vs PNG for the district title next week. Nederland-Crosby play for seeding. Nederland could get as high as 2 seed and as low as 4 Crosby will be 3 with a sweep and 4 if not.

Came back from down 7-0 to walk off tech. They play again today. That last series of the regular season should be fun.
