All fans understand the frustration of PNG people.  They have been way down in the win column since he came (excluding the 1st year) No playoff run, no beating Nederland, boneheaded play calling, leaving 1st team in when they are way ahead - then they get hurt, having a Qb MVP punting??
But  he seems to be a good man and treats the kids well.
We would be pis*&d at Neauman if it wasn't for the DCs and 6 straight PNG butt kickings.
Not a lot of deep playoff runs for us either.
 
Oh, the sign deal -- he knows that's part of the deal,  the heat involved AND knows his #1 goal is beating us.  Getting to the playoffs is a joke, what 4 of 7 go??
To brag about making the playoffs - well it just shows you are grabing

I think as long as Neauman is in charge and PNG does not get an experienced staff, don't see us losing a DC- undefeated?????
With that said, at any point Ozen and Central have great athletes - problem is their BB program trumps their FB program - if they get some  support for the FB program (staff, Dist, and kids) they could be scary good!

and thanks for the site, as a mid county sports fan, and BC baseball super freak I love this site and the regulars that agree to disagree in an adult manner.

might get it jacked in the mean streets of BC especially with Cleveland in town. 

ironically the one thing that BC had trouble with was when Lumberton pushed the center back it ruined their blocking scheme so the OL got no push and Lumberton won the game up front.  I think others will line a guy over center and blast him back into the backfield.

bring back Burnett and you may have a chance to win.  No just set bogus pass records to go along with 500% seasons and losses to us -- is it 6 years now?

Keep in mind you are at a Community College and probably have the lower end of the big school kids and the upper end of the small school kids simply because the rural kids are too far from major Universities therefore go to a Community College first
National Merit  Scholars, etc... go directly to a 4 year University 
Fact is Community College is more like grade 13 NOT repeat NOT the same as UT, TT, A&M, Lamar, etc...

I didn't realize how long Burnett was at PNG.  nor how successful he was.

I have/will say NOBODY,  NOBODY has fans like PNG.  They are in the Texas High School Sport Hall Of Fame as a fan base.
I love the dogs but give credit where it is due.

I am new to this board thing. I have watched high school football, baseball since 1967 I never realized what great athletes and championship teams the Crosby folks have. 
From what the cougar14.2 post they have the GREATEST football players, cheerleaders, 7/7 team and THE most knowledgeable fans in the world.  I think some actually played pee wee football. A couple even played tackle football.  I heard 1 played on the varsity???

That's the bad part, kids are super and do well at the little league level.  Your school board is the problem, fire Haynes and hire a 2-8 guy?

That's what is pathetic.  People will MOVE rather than play for Brumelton.  Their tradition is only rivaled by Legacy.
Lumberton ISD is a joke.  They are fortunate enough to have that GREAT coach from Warren, a real football powerhouse.

Do you really believe they aren't better?  I am 58 and remember segregated schools, little league, etc... in fact, now in PAISD The Football, basketball, volleyball, track, golf, baseball, softball coaches as well as the AD, Supt., principals, dept heads, 99% of the School Board, all non-whites? Am I correct?

Yes, it is usually because they had a problem with the public school system.  Absolutely no other reason.  Couple kids at PNG got to be held back their 8th grade year- for athletic reasons,  ISDs won't do that and a BC pitcher 3/4 years ago went there then transferred back to BC.  No facilities, exposure, competition, teachers typically aren't as qualified as ISDs teachers.
