what you get is a city that has no solid waste pick up, -contracted out, documented bad water, no sidewalks, crap for (lack of) city services, no ordinances (trailer next to a $$$$$ home)  School districts with limited courses ie French Latin Autobody, etc... 
So yes its cheaper kind of like a Hyundai is cheaper then a Jaguar

I understand the PNG Athletic Dept is charging an extra $1 per season ticket for a consultant to try a figure the Nederland Bulldogs out.  Heck that’s like 6/7 thousand$. May get Neauman to help out

He is a heck of an athlete.  understand he will get looks at Qb as well as Db and wide out at UT.

I've said it before HF athletics is a joke.  pretty good kids - better athletes move to NISD or PNGISD where they can get some coaching and consistency   Matt Burnett 19 years and Fairyclooth at 10 years or so Neauman 25 or so etc...
That s'  the difference PNG and NISD has had 2 coaches in the last 30 years OH WOS 2 in their school history
Bottom line if you have a talented athlete MOVE to a district that has a School Board with some sense and education
ALL fault - good or bad - fall on the School Board  - Success too credit the SB
