Thats gonna be the problem. Class of 2020 and 21 dealt with. Had they been able to keep all the kids that left that 2021 team would have been Wayyy better then they were with Carter coaching them. But Getting murdered my NS and Atascocita and every other 6a team. Everyone quit or flew the coupe.

Wasn't anything wrong with how or what I said. I made a statement but just didn't spill details of why i was saying it.

As far as loyalty, one of Crosby's 8th grade QBs transferred to BH. The kid's dad is way more hard core Crosby than I am, and almost loyal to a fault. Now his son is in a 10x better situation because he broke that loyalty. 

The kids aren't leaving just because of the coach. They're leaving because it's about to be July and they haven't ran a single offensive play or defensive set. Moreover, they don't even know who's on the coaching staff yet? Willis just put out a tweet last week asking for coaching resumes, but I'm sure in his interview he told the supt. he already had everything covered. Our supt. just isn't competent enough to vet things on the athletic side. It no surprise that the 6'3" receiver transfer you were depending on contributing this season hasn't shown up to a single workout after you say you want to run the ball 80% of the time. I would go ahead and count him as gone too. At the end of the day though, the head football coach will always have support from the parents of borderline kids who just want to see their kid get on the field. 

Loyalty is a bichhh. Biggest regret was not taking mine where they were wanted. Instead my loyalty got the playing D3 and Walking on at UIW lol.

Not many teams in this district has impressed me much. Watching the Crosby GCM game was tough. Yeah Crosby blew them out but it wasnt that imprssive of a W to me.

Sterling.  It’s obvious they don’t have 5 WR’s or a Qb who can deliver the ball on time. Why do they Line up in 5 WR sets every play. At some point a coaching staff has to realize hey. I don’t have a spread offense team. I may have more of a I-form or wing T type of roster and make the switch.  
 

To many schools trying to run a systems they don’t have personnel for.  

How the hell did Lee beat PAM??  All the GCISD schools look like some 3a teams out there.  

Looked like a couple of small 3A schools attempting to play football out there.

Not all 4th place teams "stagger" into the playoffs. Some districts are far more stronger than others.

Not all district champions are top 5 teams and in some cases, nowhere near the top 10.

And yes the UIL is silly and due process doesn't exist in their system. 

UIL isn't dumb lol. They know 99.8 % of these athletes are transferring for academic purposes. 

They Should come check out the Houston and greater Houston area LMAO.

Prior to Finn showing up, Lee was 4-45 the previous five years and they have now gone 23-17 the last four years.

They don't have the athletes to play with the big boys, but they get the most of what they do have.

Maybe I am wrong about Sterling. It's just that they have done nothing over the last half decade to make me believe they should be getting top ten in the area votes. They have better pound for pound athletes than Lee for sure and GCM has better than both of them.   Guess we will see.

I can tell you from years past GCM has lost more then their fair share of kids to transfers and horrible coaching. They Couldn't keep a WR playing the position. But now that Coach is at Sterling so i think the trend will continue over there.

What was his dads name?  I knew a Reescano at BH and he had a cousin I thik names Alton at Hardin.
