Well in theory every team has a SHOT, but what fun is an OPINION board if people can't post their OPINIONS. And in my OPINION, OF cannot win both games (vs HJ and vs BC). Now I have eaten some crow in my day and will do so if I must, but when I am on a forum I don't want to hear "everyone has a chance" I want to hear what you really think. So that is what you got. . .what I really think!

You were probably the kid who thought doing stuff your coach told you to do was stupid. . .Useless or not, forced or not, you do it because it DOES show sportsmanship and because the community would go nuts if a coach didn't make his team go shake hands. You can't always expect a hormonal teenager to make appropriate decisions. Sometimes they need to be helped when making those decisions and this one way coaches and staff can help with this.

Well the last time I checked 3 teams qualify for post district play and there are already 3 teams more capable than OF. That should be pretty easy to understand.

I belive the same!!!! After watching some film and looking at past scores, OF probably takes this one, but there is no way they get out of this district.

1 of the td's was busted coverage for 60 yards and a run for about 40. take those mistakes away and its 7 to 0 with bc getting in the red zone plenty of times. thats givingsomeone a run for their money. the silsbee coach even said that on an interview last year. You can't possibly assume that the second half of a game would have played out the same if the first half would have been different. If Bridge City had started out 7-0 the Tigers would have probably poured it on and beat them worse than they did. Thats an interesting thought though. . .

Huffman takes this one in BLOWOUT fashion. I would like to think they would take it easy on HF, but probably not. It's just not their style. Woke up 2 years ago in a "Podunk" district that they think they're too good for and been takin it out on whoever they can ever since. Too bad that is just never schools in their own "Podunk" district. HA

I can assure you that Cleveland is the real deal. LCM better bring something comfortable for the ride home cuz it's gonna be a long one.

I haven't seen much of Orangefield, but it has been said that Tarkington is on the edge of being a completely different team under new head, Coach Carpenter. What do you guys think?

Bunas offense looked pretty good as usual. They run the nasty slot and run it well. A ton of "sophomore" mistakes on Tarkington's end which makes sense when you are a team full of sophomores. I mean come on now. . .never ever ever kneel down to catch a rolling kickoff :-\
