Its funny how the border isn't broken when we have immigrants to come over here to work the rice fields down the road from Beaumont, or when they're passing through on their way to N. Carolina, and other surrounding areas to work the fields.

George W. Bush is borderline retarded and somehow got nominated by the brilliant GOPers and rode the anti-fellatio in the Oval Office wave into the White House. Once there, he found that just as he was short on brain power to run a lemonade stand, he was overwhelmed in leading the country. As such, he relied on men he knew were much smarter than he, and got us in the costliest debacle in the history of our country. A debacle that continued to bury us into the next presidency.

Well, for starters...

This country was going down the tube until our savior came and parted the economic waters.

November 4th 2008. The citizens of the United States elected Barrack Obama as the 44th president of the United States. If you pull up the you tube video and look at the crowd in Grant Park, Chicago ill, this crowd was not just made up of african americans. This crowd was mostly caucasian. This crowd had people from all walks of life. White, Black, Asian, Hispanic, Gay, Poor, Rich.......Untill Republicans become for all people, everthing they try to accomplish will fail! Believe it or not conservatives are not all right and everyone else all wrong!

I find it so interesting that 'you people" always want to minimize. Our current president wasn't elected because of his color. Sensible people were tired of current regime. Like I've said before, the morning after the elections reminded me of that movie, "The Day The Earth Stood Still." But in this case, S.E.Texas and their cousins stood still. Because rest of the earth was rejoicing.

Had Obama visited the border he would just be accused of wasting money, or even worse, some conspiracy theory would evolve about him encouraging illegal immigration while he was down there.    What good would it really do for him to go there?  Just another thing for the right to complain about. 

I was reminded of a funny story when I read about Gov. Perry refusing to meet the President for a handshake. A schoolmate of mine flew home from Austin to Lubbock. He was in the bathroom when he looked over and the then-Gubenatorial candidate George W. Bush was at the urinal beside him. They finished at about the same time and made eye contact. W. extended his hand and introduced himself. My buddy replied, "No offense sir, but can you wash that hand first?"

I don't know about that but you are too kind, ma'am.  I will say that appearances may be deceiving due to who I am debating.  Smitty uses the term "thugocracy" with respect to our President and truly has no clue why that might be offensive to some.  Then again, when your life is so consumed by hatred toward someone that you spend every waking hour starting thread after thread on a local message board, how could you be in touch with reality?? 
 

And he was the best president of yours or my lifetime.  We are talking about William Jefferson Clinton, aren't we?

According to the great former teabagger intellectuals Stevenash And Smitty, I am a bleeding heart liberal, communist AND socialist. I support the following political positions:

- I support lower taxes and less regulation
- I support the repeal of Obamacare
- I support guns rights
- I support freedom of speech

Anyway I had a long talk with my dad. He made more sense then you guys. He told me that if it were not for sensible white people (LBJ, Kennedy) we would not be where we are today, even though we were not free in 1776, we have been assimilated. He told me not to look at the racist idiots like done of you are, but instead look at all of the compassionate and intelligent white people , that made it possible for us as a people to be where we are today and...........because of intelligent non racist white people we have a black president.

I am not sitting around whining about it. I have two college degrees. My son, who is 17, has an opportunity to attend Yale, Harvard, Brown, Cornell, university of chicago, northwestern, baylor, texas a&m among others. He has a 4.8 on a 4.0 scale. He took algebrA 1 and english 1 in the 7th grade so we are definitely not whining in my household. :)

Why would you say that when she graduated from Texas A&M (I will forgive her for that ;) ) and is a nurse (certainly a most noble profession).  Because she has compassion for others, she has no appreciation for those who, like her, support themselves?

I don't think we are allowed to accept anything issued from Fox News.  Big Girl, PamFam, and Enlightened/Chosen tell us that Fox news lies all the time. But worry not.  If this is true and the President finds out about this ( by reading in the newspaper just like the rest of us, of course) ,he will be outraged, and  there will be a major investigation and the perpetrators will be brought to justice ( where have I heard that before).  Lord help the investigators if it comes down to finding any email evidence.

Anywho…… .if this is true (like REALLY TRUE besides Joker's sources) it needs to be addressed ASAP. And PRESIDENT OBAMA needs to be spearheading it.
