I don't have a problem with what she did. I read that she has done a lot of good for black communities.

This is terrible.  I'm glad he was caught before he could do anything else.

Most of these mass shootings end up with the shooter committing suicide on scene, being captured on scene or committing suicide away from the scene but a short time later. This guy appears to have shot and ran. 
We've serial killers and mass murders. I can't ever remember a serial mass murderer. Hopefully this guy isn't a new type of crazy. 

​Just as you say there are good cops, it is also possible the young lady felt she had done no wrong and caught up in the moment like out police officer.I'm sure police are given training for people who raise their voice at them.

​Watch the video again. The young lady is just sitting there (stressed out )and he goes back to her and wrestles her down to the ground. She was not a threat at that moment. He could have defused the situation.

Huh?  The kid I saw was pulling  up his pants and had a sipping straw or piece  of stick in his mouth.

I would lean towards a personality flaw.  the 11 other officers appeared to handle themselves pretty well.

 That tuck and roll was completely unnecessary. He should be drug tested. He was running around like he was "amped " up. He did use excessive  force. I thought other officers  were on the scene  as well.

Strange enough Smitty, you may be on to something that (FINALLY)makes some common sense. But, that photo enclosed ain't no gang fight dude. But anyway, back to the matter at hand. I remember when the disturbance started in Baltimore. The cops were sent to The Harbor (sp?) to protect the tourist area. Smitty, I guarantee you, if drug dealers started standing on the corners of well-to-do neighborhoods, they would not last too long on those corners and begone from the neighborhood.

Nothing this family can do to surprise me.... I don't  think anyone over there feels embarrassed. This family live for exposure and tabloids.... Im all for living ya life. but a line has to be drawn.
