Davis would be crazy to leave. He probably wouldn't get drafted. He will be back. I really believe Caldwell is the truth. Supposedly one of the main reasons Williams is coming back is he wants a chance to play with him. And I know for a fact that was the deciding factor in Flagg signing with the Ags.

[Hidden Content] i was told last Tuesday by an Aggie player that Williams was coming back. I didn't really believe him, thought he was being overly optimistic. You don't come back when you are a virtual lock for the lottery. I was wrong. A&M could be scary good next season.

I saw his jersey and wondered if it was during the championship game. At a lot of schools, you would just keep using it unless you wanted to change numbers. And it was at the V of the neck and wasn't awful. I thought he might have been playing with it for a while because I only caught the tail end of their semifinal game, right about the time he fouled out.

I laughed. Pretty hard.

Not as deep but their best 3 players were underclassmen imo. If they improve the way they should, they won't be as deep but still better. Silsbee was deeper than probably every team in the state regardless of class. Doesn't mean they would beat everyone obviously.

Jeffcoat did a fantastic job with LCM. But tough to leave out the coach of the #1 team in the state (and eventual state champs). But I would have been fine with co-coaches. My guess is Joe couldn't care less.

And well deserved. Happy for Trajan being recognized as MVP as well.

Silsbee will be the favorites to win state the next two years (and ranked accordingly). Barring injuries, '18-19 should be their best team.

Right. People have been posting it as all state but that was the all tournament team at state. And as all you guys know, Adams was MVP. They only put 5 on the team and always have. But Harris was very deserving imo. Hit some clutch shots in the final and they don't get to the finals without his FTs obviously.

Last but not least, thanks to AAW for bringing us the games. You are a pro with the call and give so many of us a chance to follow games throughout the season. You especially saved our bacon tonight when nfhs wet the bed. And didn't even charge us $10 apiece. I know I speak for many of us when we say - THANK YOU!!!!

Well, apparently can't watch the last game on nfhs since it's on TV. And my hotel doesn't have FSSW. Go Cy Falls!

Long awaited, well deserved. In a season that definitely had some trying moments, the Tigers come together and get it done. Couldn't be prouder of those boys!!! way to go Tigers!!!!

I'm not for holding the ball with Silsbee normally but get it to tournament best FT shooters and hold the ball. They can't score if they don't have the ball.

Quick played a heckuva game before fouling out too. Great kid.
