I understand why aggy, despite hollow claims to the contrary, are obviously always going to have UT on their minds. And in fairness, that rivalry will always exist, even if we don't play. I really don't take any joy in the state of college football in this state. But I remember being ridiculed for having A&M has "zero chance" to make the playoffs once that infamous initial CFP poll last year. Some got a really good laugh. Just read that since that poll was released, A&M is 2-6. And oh yeah, those two wins were against UTSA and New Mexico State.

Meh, unlike some, I probably watch a few aggy games and doubtful I will tomorrow with so much to do. I still like Herman. It's one game. And he has a top 5 recruiting class shaping up coming off a 5-7 season. We will always get the best players in the state (except for a few blips on the radar when you guys pee all over yourselves). We just have to find the right guy again to put it together. I have high hopes it's Herman and he should have time to do it. I think it will happen faster than some think. Good luck tomorrow Ags. Pretty cool that in 2 of the big 3 football states, they have little brothers squaring off a couple of weeks before big brothers play. I know Mack likes to tout channels and viewers - I would be willing to bet all you can eat that the Texas-USC game beats the Aggy-UCLA game in viewers. It likely won't even be close. Regardless of time, channel, etc. In fact, as bad as we've been, the UT could be in the most watched non-conference game for the second year in a row. Just a little FYI.
