HH beat HD and then if not for some late interceptions, they beat the high ranked WS Tigers. WH falls by atleast 3 scores. Hemphill is much improved.

Dude, you're insane if you think the WS over HH game was a fluke.  WS shot themselves in the foot the entire game, had WS played like they should there would have been a 30 point differential.  I try really hard to ignore you and have even taken up for HD but my god you make it hard.  I for one, cannot wait until the WS vs HD game. 

 

Back to the topic.....  Hemphill will handle WH, they are much improved and so far they play hard and with heart!

Dang guys, y'all are hard on those HD boys.  I know that HD55 has brought alot of that on himself but the other HD guys usually are not as boastful and do show respect to the other teams.  Let'em breathe a little bit!

Joaquin is not going to be able to out run Woodville the way SA could, with that being said I think Woodville wins this game by 2 scores.

Honestly, Burkeville is quick and has a huge d-line. This may cause matchup problems for HD.  I think HD wins but not by more than a couple scores.

Yes, improved very much over last year.  Burkeville has a couple running backs that are very athletic and FAST and a QB that can run and throws accurately.  Burkeville is huge on the o-line and d-line.  They WILL make the playoffs and I think they will make a run for the district title.  The AD there has things going in the right direction.

I sure was wishing that at this point I could say with confidence that Hemphill would win this game but I am not sure that they will keep it within 30 points.  No offense HD guys it's not that I am against you but my nephew plays for Hemphill and I want the best for him.  HD is going to win this one! 

Kountze will be a good scrimmage for WS.  WS is fast at the skill positions but the o-line and d-line are all new and very inexperienced.  WS's speed getting to the outside and the ability to throw the ball will be what they rely on, Kountze will more than likely be better in the trenches.

Did it backfire on Palin and Christie? And Christie is a petty decent guy, but Palin is disgusting.

I agree with you there and it absolutley did not backfire on either (more specifically Palin).  However, my  original intent was to state that it COULD backfire.  These types of political sabotage have been the norm in places like China for decades and it looks as if this could become a popular stategy in the U.S.. I sure hope not, our election process has become enough of a circus already!

Uncle Si he was a really good ball player. I have heard that he is making a name for himself in the coaching field.  Very fine young man and we are proud of him.  Warren is not a traditional football powerhouse nor have we ever claimed to be.  However, we do have talent and are far from being pathetic.

Well I can promise you that we are proud to have him.  He's a very geniune person and a very smart coach! We plan on keeping him for a long time!

We have a pretty dang good coach that is a Warren HS alumni, and if memory serves me correctly he was a very good ball player at Warren so I do know that Warren is very capable of producing good athletes.

Man I wish SA and HD would have scheduled each other this season, that would create some very interesting reading in the forums!!

 

BTW, hypothetically speaking, if that game had been scheduled as an early season game I would have picked SA by 21!  No offense to the HD guys or team, just my honest opinion.  Ya'll will get your oppurtunity to make me eat crow week three, I think that's when HD and WS square off! 

It's really going to be interesting to see how this plays out.  My gut feeling is that Slick will not only come out unscathed but will end up being portrayed and seen as the victim while giving him a platform to push the "I stand for what is right" diatribe thus propelling his popularity with voters.  I am not a Perry fan but I do believe that this indictment was politically driven and done so by the same hounds that exposed Palin and Christie and under the circumstances may end up backfiring! 

West Sabine scrimmaged Warren this past Friday.  WS's varsity scored 9 to Warrens 0.

WOW!  I think they have West Sabine a little low in the poll, but we will see.  Also looking for WOS and Newton to prove them wrong as I think both should be a little higher!

I agree with most of this and own a couple tactical rifles including an AR-15, however it is my opinion that for home protection a person is much better served purchasing a tactical shotgun/riot gun.  A short shotgun loaded with 5-7 rounds of buckshot.  You don't have to be nearly as accurate and in most home invasions wihtin a few shots it's over.
