Congrats, Pirates, you deserved to win and I'll be rooting for you in your quest for the playoffs. PNG, yet again, didn't show up tonight for the game. Turnovers killed us, and WHY the punt returner tried to field the ball on the 5 yard line, who knows. However, Vidor has a good team this year. Stay focused and take it one game at a time....don't let the negatives that others say about you get you down...you have a good team, hang in there, and make 20-4A proud!

PN-G at Vidor Nederland at Central Ozen at Lumberton LC-M at Livingston PNG has had good practices all week and hopefully will correct mistakes. This game is a toss up, but I have to pull for my NDN's. Nederland is good, but seems to have trouble with Central. If all the talk about Nederland hasn't gone to thier heads and they stay focused, they should win; however, I NEVER underestimate Central....anything is possible. But, I think Nederland will take this one. Lumberton should beat Ozen. Livingston - definitely! Good luck to all the teams with prayers of no injuries tonite! ;D

I hope our defense shows up tonite. We've been struggling, but I hear the practices this week have really gone well, with the coaching kicked up a few notches. I agree, should be a good game. Hoping and praying there will not be any injuries! Good luck!

Central would have to be favored if the field is wet. I think Central's defense will shut down Nederland's passing game. Grogan running all night will wear him out. I saw him having to be pulled out alot when we played them to catch his breath. He's a BIG boy for sure, but that weight will catch up to you if you are running all night. With the rain, I think Central will prevail and come away with the win.

We ARE playing at Vidor Friday night. Face it, Vidor is ALWAYS tough at home, this is a fact. I'm hoping the Indians are able to correct mistakes this week and go out and get the "W". Should be a good game. Prayers are that there are no injuries. Best of luck to both teams!

PNG has had their share of turnovers as well :'(. The team with the fewer turnovers Friday night will most likely win and continue to the playoffs, the loser, well, will be getting ready for basketball in a few weeks.

Livingston is going to STUN some teams, wait and see. They were definitely underrated after their loss to Lumberton. I will say this, after taking it to PNG last night, the team and coaches were classy, all of them. Best of luck to the Lions this year!

I'm pullin for Nederland on this one, but NEVER underestimate the Jags. Nederland seems to ALWAYS have problems with Central, and this year, they are playing on Central's turf. Hmm....I hope Nederland wins, but I just can't count out the Jags either!
